What we collect

• When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, number or email address, and whatever you tell us about your business or project.
• When you join our mailing list: your first name and email address, and a record of when you agreed to receive emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• When you browse this site, only if you accept cookies: anonymous usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, rough location (city level), device type and how you found us.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, so we can improve the site.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) only after you click Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Who else is involved

• Google (Google Analytics) processes anonymous usage data for us. Its servers may be outside South Africa.
• Meta (WhatsApp) carries messages you send us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• MailerLite stores our mailing list and sends our emails, if you subscribe.
• Our web host stores this website and standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Project and quote conversations are kept for as long as we work together and as required for tax and accounting records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@papermint.group and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
